Our Samples

Providing you with a glimpse of some of our applied IT capabilities through working examples is a strong indicator that we can deliver today. Below are listed some of the samples that are currently available. Check back to see additional samples as we make them available.

Browser Detection Sample Detect your browser features using Active Server Pages (ASP).
MS Excel/Access Data from the Web. Multiple budget vs. actual Excel files are accessible from a browser front-end.
MS Project Data from the Web. Multiple MS Project PERT files are accessible from a browser front-end.
Expense Report on the Web. A fully functional expense report accessible from a browser front-end.
Database Grid on the Web. Query and edit a database from a Grid accessible from a browser front-end. This sample uses Remote Data Service (RDS) ActiveX controls and Dynamic HTML (DHTML) written in vbscript and therefore must be viewed from Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher version.
Scheduler on the Web. A multiple schedule database using ActiveX controls from a browser front-end. This sample uses ActiveX controls and client-side vbscript and therefore must be viewed from a browser that supports both. Netscape Navigator does not currently support these technologies. You may be required to upgrade your current browser to use it.
Army Telephone Switching Network Configuration Management (ATSNCM) database. This is a browser front-end to a MS-Access 97 database. The design of this web application was dictated by personnel of the U.S. Army Signal Command (USASC). They wanted the ability to maintain a database of the configuration of the U.S. Army's telephone switches worldwide via internet/intranet. The data contained in this sample is not reflective of the actual switch configurations and has been artificially created. Feel free to edit any of the records or create some of your own. This sample is provided to show an approach to hosting a database via the Web. Triad developed this application in its entirety for the USASC. This sample uses ActiveX controls and client-side vbscript and therefore must be viewed from a browser that supports both. Netscape Navigator does not currently support these technologies. You may be required to upgrade your current browser to use it.
